The low-ticket price ($10 - $50) becomes profitable as more people join each month, creating a compounding effect. Once people join the community, they tell others, and it continues to grow.
This model serves an outcome that is a daily practice that people will want to return to repeatedly: mindset, self-healing, and physical fitness, for example.

1️⃣ Clarify your unique niche - the fastest pathway to building a million-dollar business is to carve out an uncopyable niche that deeply aligns with your own story of transformation. Ask yourself the following questions to get crystal clear on the education you provide:
⤷ What was the hardest thing I ever overcame?
⤷ Who do I want to help to do the same?
2️⃣ Strategically choose an online community - once you've clarified your niche, the next step is to decide which ONE social media platform you will use for marketing. Beware the scarcity mindset of thinking you must be everywhere all the time. To decide which platform to use, ask yourself the following questions:
⤷Where would my target client be likely to spend their time?
⤷Which platform offers the least resistance to daily content creation?
3️⃣ Become a trusted authority - Now that you've chosen your social media platform you can start producing content that provides value to your target client. Answer these three questions in every post and you will build a lineup of people hungry to work with you:
⤷What is a problem your target client is facing?
⤷ When did you face this same problem?
⤷ How did you solve it?

Hey there! We're Tom Schimmer and Natalie Vardabasso (but you can call us Tom & Nat).
We've been exactly where you are right now. We dutifully climbed the ladder of success in the education system until we became curriculum leaders. To many, it truly appeared that we had made it. And yet, we felt like frauds.
The truth was we both had an entrepreneurial spirit that was being stifled in the politics, bureaucracy and narrowly defined "lane" of a job. Worse, it felt like we had gone from being celebrated at work to becoming the problem. Suddenly, it felt as if:

It was heartbreaking. Our jobs had become our identity, and now it was in crisis.
