Terms of Enrollment

 

The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Unleash Your Entrepreneurial Spirit (UYES) Bootcamp presented by Schimmer Education Consulting Ltd. (“The Company”). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully.

 

The UYES Bootcamp is delivered online and includes a six-module live training program, six live group coaching sessions, and asynchronous coaching and support through a private, online community where you can connect with other purpose-driven entrepreneurs at your level and receive strategic, high-level guidance when you need it.

 

As a participant (“The Client”) in this UYES Bootcamp, you are granted a license which requires that you provide feedback (“Feedback”) and which allows you the right to use the Program materials for lifetime use, in accordance with the terms of this document and its attachments.

 

 

What’s Included:

 

• Access to your private asynchronous community where you’ll receive support and guidance from Tom, Natalie and the accountability of likeminded entrepreneurs.
• Weekly Group Coaching Calls with Tom and Natalie and fellow members of the UYES Bootcamp.
• On-demand training modules that provides a proven road map for the launch and growth of your learning-based business.

 

 

“The Company” is committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

 

o you become disruptive or difficult to work with;

o you fail to follow the program guidelines; or,

o you impair the participation of the instructor or participants in our program(s).

 

 

1. License: As a member, your use of and access to the Program materials of the “UYES Bootcamp” is on a licensed basis. The Company hereby grants you, and you hereby accept the non-exclusive right, license, and privilege to use. As the license is granted directly to you, there is no authorization to sublicense to any other individual and/or company. You will not make copies of the materials for resale. You agree to maintain the reputation of The Company.

 

2. Privacy & Confidentiality: The Company respects your confidential and proprietary information (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow program participants and of The Company.

 

3. Membership and Fees: The price of the UYES Bootcamp Program is: $3000 USD ($4000 CAD). Payments to be made in full according to the mutually agreed upon terms between the Company and Client. Refunds will only be offered on the conditions outlined in the Guarantee below. You agree to expressly waive any rights to any claims, actions, or lawsuits against The Company.

 

4. Guarantee: The Company guarantees that you will experience increased confidence in your business abilities and secure your first paying clients if you follow every action included in the Bootcamp Program. If you do not experience these outcomes, Tom and Natalie will work with you one-on-one until you do. The one-on-one coaching will continue under the conditions that:

• The Client attends bi-weekly meetings.
• The Client implements actions determined during those meetings promptly.
• The Client has yet to achieve the Guarantee as described above.

 

5. Limitation of Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM AND ANY OF COMPANY’S PROGRAM MATERIALS.

 

6. Disclaimer: The UYES Bootcamp Program and program materials and the license granted is provided to you on an “AS IS” basis with no express warranty of any kind.

 

 

The Unleash YES Bootcamp Collaborative Agreement

 

This Collaborative Agreement is designed to illustrate guidelines and norms that Clients of the UYES Bootcamp Program and the Company (Tom Schimmer & Natalie Vardabasso) agree to operate by. These guidelines are meant to establish clear expectations for how we will work together, which will enhance learning and transformation. By signing this document, we (Client and Company) agree to work together to build your learning-based business.

 

Learning-Based Business: A learning-based business is a business that offers adult learning opportunities in an area of expertise of the Client.  These offers can be both in-person and virtual, and include opportunities such as online group coaching, evergreen online courses, professional development workshops, and keynotes.

Resources for Support

Company understands firsthand how challenging it can be to take up the work of building a learning-based business. Company is committed to going beyond the limitations of most professional learning offerings by offering a robust system of support for members seeking a transformation in their career. You will have access to bi-weekly group coaching calls to address challenges and receive feedback, asynchronous support in a private community of like-minded entrepreneurs, and potent video content that emphasizes action over information.

 

Fierce Commitment to Your Growth

Personal Commitment

Building a learning-based business is hard work. While The UYES Bootcamp Program provides you with the framework you need to be successful as efficiently as possible, you still need to show up and do the work. This is not a “done for you” service nor is it a “magic bullet” that will create a learning-based business overnight.

 

This is a process to follow, but you must put one foot in front of the other on your own. It doesn’t matter how much work you put in each day. What matters most is that you are consistent. By joining this program, you agree to follow the UYES Bootcamp method and consistently put in the work on the schedule and volume that best fits you and your life.

 

 

Ask for Help

As a member of the UYES Bootcamp, sometimes you will need to relinquish your independence and ask for help. There is a dynamic and robust system for support, and you have it all at your fingertips. By joining this program, you agree to reach out and ask for help when you need it. And, if you don’t get the answer you needed (or wanted), you will continue to ask and reflect until you are able to get unstuck and move forward. The community is dedicated to your success and is here to help each step of the way.

 

 

Radical Accountability

A value that we will uphold in this community is radical accountability. That means we will own our mistakes and our wins. We will learn from the things we do wrong or that don’t go the way we wanted them to, and we will take a pause and celebrate the things that went well. In this work “analysis paralysis” is a real thing and it can cause you to completely lose steam and stop making steps forward. By joining this program, you agree to recognize failure as feedback and learn from it. You also agree to take a moment each time something goes well to celebrate your forward progress.
